HBDI Accredited Training Course

Training Course Overview

Do you want to understand more about the way you prefer to think, learn, communicate, and make decisions with our HBDI Training?

Firstly, HBDI stands for the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument. HBDI ® is a powerful psychometric assessment that defines and describes the way we think. This HBDI training can help learners to better understand the way they prefer to think. Leading to better communication, decision making, and problem-solving for instance.

As a result of understanding the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument ®, each Learner will be able to understand themselves better.

Additionally, it will help them to interact better with their colleagues and external people. Moreover, they’ll be able to sell more and influence better. This is because they will learn to recognise the thinking preferences of others. Thus allowing Learners to: adapt, to talk in the other person’s language, and finally, appreciate their strengths.

What Learners Say About Our HBDI Training

“We asked MBM to lead an away day for our leadership teams and they delivered exactly what we needed. Tailoring the session to meet our needs (and adapting it as he went along to ensure they stayed engaged). Andy led a highly entertaining and interactive afternoon based around their HBDI ® assessments with a group of GPs, Senior Nurses, Managers, and the Executive Team and six weeks on people are still talking about what colour they are and what that means for how they work together. A hugely successful event and I’d highly recommend them if you want to shift the thinking with your teams.”

Achieving Real Behavioural Change with ‘Sticky Learning ®’

Sticky Learning ® is our own unique learning method. Developed over the last 18 years. Most Learners attend 1-day training courses and do nothing afterwards. HR Managers & L&D Managers told us that this was unacceptable.

Sticky Learning ® helps Learners to Realise more of what they have learnt. To help them to Recall more of what they have learnt. Plus, Retain more of what they have learnt. The 3 R’s.

Sticky Learning ® enables us to proudly guarantee that if a Learner is not still using their new skill 5 months later, we will give you your money back. This is our money-back guarantee.

Measuring Your ROI

We evaluate your training on 5 levels, see below, and summarise these into a pack called the ‘Chain of Evidence’.

  • Level 1: Reaction (Feel) – What were the learners’ first impressions of the learning?
  • Level 2: Learning (Know) – How much did the learners learn?
  • Level 3: Behaviour (Do) – To what extent has the learning been used?
  • Level 4: Results (Numbers) –  How did the behaviour affect the results?
  • Level 5: Sponsor (Align) – What ‘observable change in performance’ has been achieved?

You can find out more about measuring your ROI in ‘About Us’.
