HBDI Training Course
Do you want to understand more about the way you prefer to think, learn, communicate and make decisions with our HBDI Training?
Firstly, HBDI stands for the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument. HBDI ® is a powerful psychometric assessment that defines and describes the way we think. This HBDI training can help Learners to better understand the way they prefer to think. Leading to better communication, decision making and problem-solving for instance.
As a result of understanding the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument ® each Learner will be able to understand themselves better. Additionally, it will help them to interact better with their colleagues and external people. Moreover, they’ll be able to sell more and influence better. This is because they will learn to recognise the thinking preferences of others. Thus allowing Learners to: adapt, to talk in the other person’s language, and finally, appreciate their strengths.
By the end of this HBDI training, the Learner will be able to:
- Understand themselves and others better, knowing how they prefer to think, communicate and make decisions.
- Understand how they can use their profile to help adapt their thinking, decision making and communication style to a given situation to improve audience engagement.
- Identify how to improve team effectiveness, through better problem solving, effective feedback and innovation.

What Learners Say About Our HBDI Training
“We asked MBM to lead an away day for our leadership teams and they delivered exactly what we needed. Tailoring the session to meet our needs (and adapting it as he went along to ensure they stayed engaged). Andy led a highly entertaining and interactive afternoon based around their HBDI ® assessments with a group of GPs, Senior Nurses, Mangers and the Executive Team and six weeks on people are still talking about what colour they are and what that means for how they work together. A hugely successful event and I’d highly recommend them if you want to shift the thinking with your teams.”
