Team Building Events

Do you want to significantly improve the effectiveness and cohesion of your team?

In this fast-paced world, it is essential that groups of people work together as a team. No one person can achieve challenging targets alone. Our Team Building events support Learners, helping them to work better with others. By supporting your group of people in an event, we set the foundations for them to become an even more effective and cohesive team.

This team building event will aim to create a real difference in the way you and your team approach challenges together. Don’t worry, we don’t have you climbing mountains or swimming across lakes! We do, however, get into the psychology of true team development. Making our days about building a plan and understanding each other better.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this Team Building event, the Learner will be able to:

  • A safe environment to pose challenges, identify team challenges and explore team opportunities.
  • Empower each individual team member to understand their ‘place’ in the team and what they can offer.
  • We take the team through Tuckman’s four stages of team development; Forming, Storming, Norming & Performing. This allows the team to understand where it is, where it wants to get to and begin to figure out how to do so.

Reasons to Believe in Team Building

We believe that people have the right to be the best version of themselves.

For our Team Building Training Course we use the ‘Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument’ (HBDI) model to improve team effectiveness.

Using such model is greatly beneficial for colleagues. Not only will it help them to understand themselves better, but will additionally help them to interact better with each individual in their team and any external person. This is because they will learn to recognise the thinking preferences of one another. Therefore, allowing learners to talk in the language that other people they work with understand.

What Learners Say

“MBM organised our annual team away day and delivered a first-class event. Building the schedule around resolving business challenges and conflicts, the content was well-managed and supported by Darren’s insight into high performing teams in customer-facing environments. We were impressed with every aspect of the training and would not hesitate to recommend MBM.”

Achieving Real Behavioural Change with ‘Sticky Learning ®’

Sticky Learning ® is our own unique learning method. Developed over the last 18 years. Most Learners attend 1-day training courses and do nothing afterwards. HR Managers & L&D Managers told us that this was unacceptable.

Sticky Learning ® helps Learners to Realise more of what they have learnt. To help them to Recall more of what they have learnt. Plus, Retain more of what they have learnt. The 3 R’s.

Sticky Learning ® enables us to proudly guarantee that if a Learner is not still using their new skill 5 months later, we will give you your money back. This is our money-back guarantee.

Measuring Your ROI

We evaluate your training on 5 levels, see below, and summarise these into a pack called the ‘Chain of Evidence’.

  • Level 1: Reaction (Feel) – What were the learners’ first impressions of the learning?
  • Level 2: Learning (Know) – How much did the learners learn?
  • Level 3: Behaviour (Do) – To what extent has the learning been used?
  • Level 4: Results (Numbers) –  How did the behaviour affect the results?
  • Level 5: Sponsor (Align) – What ‘observable change in performance’ has been achieved?

You can find out more about measuring your ROI in ‘About Us’.
