The Sticky Learning ® guarantee supports our strapline of ‘80% of our Learners are still using their new skill 5 months later – We guarantee it’. To qualify for this money back guarantee the following conditions must be adhered to:

1. The Learner must have engaged with the Learning To Learn training course.
2. The Learner must have completed their Individual Learning Objective completely.
3. The Learner must have completed all their all of their Sticky Pieces thoroughly and on-time.
4. The Learner must be able to demonstrate that they were engaged throughout the training programme.
5. The Learner must have attended the training days from start to finish.
6. The Learner must be able to demonstrate that they had and made use of their Learning Buddy meetings.
7. The Learner must have completed all their evaluations thoroughly and on-time.
8. The Line Manager must have completed all their Manager Pieces thoroughly and on-time.
9. The Line Manager must have engaged with the Learning to Learn Line Manager’s training course.
10. The Line Manager must have completed all their evaluations thoroughly and on-time.

If all of the above conditions have been delivered and the Learner is still not using their new habit the client receives a refund for that Learner.
