  3. Emails: Get away from their inbox, reduce their emails, and get more of what they need from the emails they send.
  4. Influencing: Use the push/pull influencing model to get more of what they want from other people.
  5. Presentation: Prepare for presentations in a more structured way that achieves their objectives.
  6. Meetings: Get more from the meetings they have in order to make them a useful tool at work.
  7. Communicating: Use the HBDI tool in order to understand how they communicate and what others need (Includes an HBDI profile worth £95).

Learning Content

This training course is split into 7 x 1.5-hour virtual classrooms over 7-weeks. Each week we cover a new topic.

  • Week #1:
    • Negotiation: Prepare for a negotiation using the square-dance template, which will improve their confidence and approach.
    • This will be followed by a 30-minute self-study exercise to embed the learning after the session.

    • This will be followed by a 30-minute self-study exercise to embed the learning after the session.
  • Week #5:

In between each virtual classroom, you will be given self-study exercises to complete. These exercises are called ‘Sticky Pieces ®’ and are designed to help you to retain more of what you have learned and to be able to put into practice what you have learned.
