Online Coaching Cards

Line Managers know that they need to coach their teams, but they don’t because they don’t know how. Google’s project ‘Oxygen’ discovered that the one thing line managers need to do better is coach. Enable them to move from telling to coaching and significantly improve their team’s performance. Use Caroline. ‘Caroline’ is their digital coaching assistant, providing 20 decks of online coaching cards. Just swipe on your phone/tablet for the next coaching question.

Who is Caroline?

Imagine a line manager holding a one-to-one with a member of their team. The line manager has a tablet selecting from one of 20 decks. From GROW to people management to negotiation skills. Then they swipe to ask a question from that deck. This is Caroline – she is your digital coaching assistant (The origin of the name is ‘to free people’).

Using online subscription will enable your employees to:

  • Have access to over ten sets of coaching cards. Each set is between 60 and +100 coaching cards.
  • All future improvements to the sets would be automatically upgraded free.
  • Additional sets would be added at no extra cost. We are planning to add NLP, teamwork, sales, resilience, and C-suite by mid-2021.
