Your Individual Learning Objective
In the Welcome part of this course, we asked you to write your Individual Learning Objective and to discuss it with your Line Manager for their feedback.
Action: Please asses your Individual Learning Objective (ILO) that you wrote and asses whether you achieved it. Do this with your Line Manager and consider where you were on the 4 levels of learning and where you are now. It should take up to 20 minutes. Complete the Excel file you received during parts 0-7. Here’s a reminder of what that section looked like:
Review and Receiving Your Certificate

Action: Lastly, to receive your certificate we need to know that you completed each part of the course. Please email us at helpme@makingbusinessmatter.co.uk your completed Excel files.
